At TCN Advisors, my mission is to empower businesses and individuals to achieve their full potential. I spent 35 years in Financial Services and over 20 years as a Financial Services Executive. Over those years I built and transformed businesses, I advised clients on new business launches and product placement and I developed talented leaders by identifying how to leverage their skills and their networks to increase their impact.

About Tracy Castle-Newman
Tracy Castle-Newman is a dynamic global financial services executive with deep expertise in capital markets, institutional client strategy, risk management, business transformation and talent development. With 35 years in Financial Services, spending over 28 at Morgan Stanley, she has built and led businesses that drove revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic innovation. Recognizing that talent is your most valuable asset, Tracy dedicated much of her career mentoring and developing the next generation of leaders. She is known for building like minded communities and built the most successful community for female portfolio managers on Wall Street. Tracy is a dynamic and engaging speaker where she leverages story telling to share ways to amplify your impact at all stages of your career. She holds a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business. She serves on the Investment Committee of the VT Foundation and is the Vice President of the Pamplin College of Business Advisory Council. She is an External Advisor for the Bain Advisory Network. Tracy enjoys spending time with family and friends and can often be found cheering for the Hokies.
